Top Ten Book Covers

Top Ten Tuesday | The Broke and the Bookish

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists! Each week we will post a new Top Ten list that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists.

October 18: Top Ten Top Ten Book Covers

1. Margaret Atwood’s The Blind Assassin While it’s listing on the 1001 Books was my first reason, the cover was the second.

2. Anna Godbersen’s The Luxe – The lovely girl in a grand dress instantly appealed to me.

3. John Green’s An Abundance of Katherines – All those pretty colors!

4. Francine Rivers’ Redeeming Love – Here’s another cover with a woman in a pretty dress.

5. Junot Díaz’s The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao – If the title didn’t get me, the cover did.

6. Drew Perry’s This is Just Exactly Like You – I’ve not read it yet but I liked the cover enough to take it.

7. Mishna Wolff’s I’m Down: A Memoir – Just check out this cover.

8. Beth Revis’ Across the Universe – The cover appealed to my girlish, romantic side. Also, I love the stars.
