TBTB (Throwback Thursday Books) – James Thurber’s The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and Other Pieces by James Thurber | LibraryThing

Last weekend, I finally saw the film based on the short story “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.” Even though I hadn’t touched Thurber’s work since junior high, I could see the film adaptation was updated (probably for relevance). Also, there seemed to be a few other details changed. Still and all, films often revive interest in books. I believe this is just the case with “Walter Mitty.”

So, did the film do the story justice? Let me know!
